Our office directly follows the successful practice of a attorney JUDr. Miroslav Bartoš, who started practicing law in the 90s of the 20th century, while also establishing a office in Ústí nad Labem.
As part of our law firm, we provide professional legal services in all areas of czech and foreign law, while we focus primarily on the satisfaction of our clients when solving problems. For this reason we provide services throughout the territory of the Czech Republic, especially in Prague, while the center of our operations remains historically Ústí nad Labem.

We also provide legal assistance to our foreign clients who live, work, study or are here only temporarily in the Czech Republic for a long time, while we also do not forget those who primarily operate abroad. We communicate with these clients mainly in English or German. Mgr. Daniel Bartoš is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and an international baccalaureate at Hockerill Anglo European College in England. He uses the knowledge and experience he acquired especially when dealing with foreign clients and partners with a focus on international commercial law.

Mgr. Tomáš Urban
The second of the co-founders of the law firm is Mgr. Tomáš Urban, who also acts here as main senior partner.
Mgr. Tomáš Urban is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, and he has experience both from his long-term work in advocacy, which he carried out in close cooperation with JUDr. Miroslav Bartoš, as well as in the state administration, specifically at the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. Although his domain is mainly public procurement, he also focuses on the family law agenda.
Mgr. Tadeáš Kolář
Další oporou kanceláře je advokát Mgr. Tadeáš Kolář, který mimo poskytování právních služeb zajišťuje i vedení služebně mladších kolegů.
Mgr. Tadeáš Kolář is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno, and he started practicing law during his studies as an intern, gradually under the guidance of attorney JUDr. Miroslav Bartoš, and as well of the co-founders of the office. When providing services, he uses both his knowledge of the German language at a professional level and his experience from his previous work at the Executor office in Brno.
Mgr. Filip Humpl
An important member of the team is also Mgr. Filip Humpl, who works in the office as a junior attorney.
Mgr. Filip Humpl is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň, where he started his professional career as a legal intern during his studies, while he also completed a professional internship at the District prosecutor's office in Ústí nad Labem. He particularly stands out for his precise analytical skills, while excelling in administrative law.
JUDr. Edvin Svoboda
The team is completed by a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, Mgr. Edvin Svoboda, as an attorney with a personal focus on criminal law issues and family law.
